Drop Shipping

Many of our products are currently listed on an e-commerce status, meaning that when when you order from us they actually are drop shipped from another source. We are currently unable to stock an inventory in our present facilities, except for our own products and some select items. We choose to spend out time developing resources, rather than running a warehouse. This may change in the future, but for now we have been pleased with the success of this system. We benifit directly when you order and you benefit with excellent service, lower prices and rapid shipping.

Returns

In the rare event that you should need to return an item, please return the item with specifications listed by your drop shipping source. Blessed Assurance or Prepare and Pray! may be returned to us in new, re-sellable condition within 30 days of sale for a full refund. We will not refund damaged books or returns over 30 days. Other items that we ship from our inventory may also be returned, in new and re-sellable condition, within 30 days for a full refund.

• We try to ship as economically and as efficiently as possible. If a backorder is expected to cause a short delay, we will wait on it to ship one complete order. If the delay is estimated to be over 10 days, we will ship all in stock items promptly and forward other products upon arrival.


• Please be patient if you reach our voice mail. We are ministers and homeschooling parents of a large family. This is a home-based business with real “home stuff” going on. We commit to return your calls, answer your questions, and give you service with integrity. We cannot engage in long chats about doctrinal, preparedness, or parenting issues.


• We do not sell or rent our mailing list.


• We have brochures, but no print catalog at this time. All info needed is found on our website.
